Saturday deliveries: Aim for before 12:00 PM
Sunday deliveries: Aim for before 1:00 PM

Our inflatables can be used in light rain, but for safety reasons, we must reschedule in case of heavy rain, strong winds, or thunderstorms. We'll contact you as early as possible if weather conditions require rescheduling.
Once an inflatable is set up, it should not be moved. Our delivery team will place it in the agreed-upon location. If you need it repositioned, please contact us rather than attempting to move it yourself.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before your event date receive a full refund. Cancellations 7-13 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing.
Yes, someone 18 years or older must be present during both delivery and pickup to sign off on the setup and ensure all items are returned.
No, inflatables must be turned off when not in use and should never be used overnight or without direct supervision. The blower should be turned off and covered with the provided tarp if there will be an extended period without use.
